Frequently asked questions – Rentals

Select your bag and rental period (3, 10, or 21 days). Your rental begins the day you receive
the bag and ends when the bag is scanned by the courier on the final day of your rental
period. We ship 1–2 business days in advance for UK/Northern Ireland and 2–3 business
days for Republic of Ireland so it arrives on Day 1.

You must be 18+, have a valid delivery address in the UK, Northern Ireland, or Republic
of Ireland, and provide payment details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any rental
request at our discretion.

3-Day Rental: bag arrives Day 1, return by end of Day 3.
10-Day Rental: bag arrives Day 1, return by end of Day 10.
21-Day Rental: bag arrives Day 1, return by end of Day 21.
Example: A 3-day rental starting on Friday → receive Friday morning, return by Sunday
evening.

Rental prices vary per bag. Example rates:
Balenciaga Neo Classic Mini: £120 / £220 / £380
Prada Twin Tote: £180 / £340 / £600
Gucci Bamboo Vintage Bag: £25 / £60 / £100
Prices include delivery and a prepaid return label. Deposits may apply for higher-value items.

Some items require a refundable security deposit. The deposit is returned within 5–7
business days after inspection. Any damage, loss, or late fees are deducted from the deposit
or charged to your payment card.

No. All items remain Parl Studio property. Sub-renting, resale, or modification is
prohibited.

Late fees: £25 / €30 per day or 10% of rental price per day. Delays over 5 days → full RRP may be charged.

You are responsible for the bag from delivery until return scan. Parl Studio is not liable for indirect losses or inconvenience.

You are responsible for the bag during your rental.
Minor stains/damage → cleaning fee may apply.
Major damage, theft, or loss → charged at full RRP.
Do not attempt cleaning or repairs — contact us immediately if damage occurs.

More than 7 days before dispatch: full refund.
Within 7 days of dispatch: 50% refund (if not yet shipped).
Once shipped: no refunds.
Courier delays that prevent delivery extend your rental period automatically.

Use the prepaid return label included. Return must be on or before the final day. Late
returns incur £25 / €30 per day or 10% of rental fee per day, whichever is higher.

All bags come with a Pre-Dispatch Condition Sheet:
Photos and notes of existing wear.
Client inspects on arrival and reports any missing/damaged items within 4 hours.
We also provide a fillable digital version for email confirmation.

You are responsible for all included items. Missing dust bags, boxes, or packaging may incur additional fees.

Personal use only. Commercial or promotional use requires written permission from Parl Studio.
